Add a new comment or reply to an existing comment on an item (POST only). Available only to authenticated users who have access to the item.
A comment can only have one level of replies, reply to a reply comment is not supported. An email notification is sent to the item owner automatically as well as everyone on the thread if it is a reply when a comment is added.
